Wanda Lee Blair

Wanda L. Blair, 55, of Hancock, MD passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at her residence.

Born Wednesday, March 3, 1971, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Pauline Eccard Smith.

Wanda was a member of the Valley Grace Church, Hagerstown, MD. She was a graduate of Clear Spring High School and worked for several years at Hardees Restaurant and Seven Eleven.

She is survived by her husband, Sam Blair; two daughters, Gabrielle and Hannah Dick; and one granddaughter, Ava Raine Fitzwater.

Wanda left behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, who shall carry on her brightness in the world.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 2:00p.m. at the Valley Grace Church, 17310 Gay St, Hagerstown, MD.
