Timothy James “T.J.” Divelbliss, age 31, of Warfordsburg, Pa., died on Monday, September 12, 2016, at his home.
Born January 2, 1985, in El Paso, Tx., he was the son of Ty Allen Divelbliss, of New Mexico, and Kimberly D. Barnhart-Hulock, of Chambersburg, Pa., and he was the husband of Jenna D. Hoopengardner.
He was a 2003 graduate of Southern Fulton High School, in Warfordsburg.
He was a self-employed landscaper, and he enjoyed hunting and baseball.
Besides his wife and parents, he is also survived by one brother, Bo Divelbliss, of Hancock, Md.; one half-sister, Kadence Divelbliss, of Alamogordo, N.M.; grandparents, Marlene Barnhart, and Willis and Rose Hendershot, all of Warfordsburg; a niece and nephew, Isabella and Hank Divelbliss; a best friend, David Dere; and a god-daughter, Jenna Dere.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Tink Barnhart, and Tim Divelbliss, both of Warfordsburg.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Hancock Assembly of God Church, 431 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Hancock, Md., on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Robert Steinke, PhD. will officiate.
The family will receive friends at the Church on Sunday, from 2:00 p.m. until time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his name may be made to Noah`s House Recovery Program, 2138 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg, Pa. 17202.
