Tammy Renee (Weaver) Walls, age 41, of Hancock, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at the Morgan County War Memorial Hospital, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

Born March 30, 1971, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of Rodney Jay and Sherry Kay Schetrompf Weaver, of Hancock.

She was a 1989 graduate of Hancock High School; and a graduate of Hagerstown Community College, with an Associate Degree in Elementary Education.

She was a member of St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church, in Hancock.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, Joseph W. Walls, whom she married February 24, 1990, at St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church; two daughters, Tessa L. Walls, of College Park, Md., and Kaylyn C. Walls, at home; one sister, Trenda L. Bittinger and husband Jeff, of Hancock; nieces, Maria and Jessica Bittinger.

A service will be held Saturday, July 7, at 11:00 a.m., at Grace Christian Fellowship Church, in Hancock. Pastor Edward Guyer will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Cemetery, in Hancock.

The family will receive friends at the Grove Funeral Home, in Hancock, on Friday evening, from 6 to 8 p.m., and at the Church on Saturday, from 10 to 11 a.m.
