Sana Franklin Whitt, Jr., age 72, of Berkeley Springs, died Thursday, September 13, 2012, at the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born October 20, 1939, in Washington D.C., he was the son of the late Sana Franklin, Sr. and Lois Evelyn Price Whitt, and the husband of Jaqueline A. Simpson Whitt, of Berkeley Springs, whom he married March 9, 1963, in Forestville, Md.
He was a retired Master Electrician; a veteran of the U.S. Army; and a 1958 graduate of Louden County High School.
Besides his wife; he is survived by one daughter, Nora Ann Whitt Rushing, of Kentucky; one son, Sana Franklin Whitt, III, of Long Island, N.Y.; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
