Robert Charles (Robbie) Burton, Jr., age 43, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, in Arizona.

Born March 14, 1974, in McConnellsburg, Pa., he was the son of Geraldine (Jerri) Burton, of Needmore, Pa., and the late Robert Charles Burton, Sr.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Ethan and Alyssa Burton and their mother, Angela Grimes, of Waynesboro, Pa., and Caden Burton and his mother, Amber Banks, of Hagerstown, Md.; two sisters, Misty Burton, of Hagerstown, and Nina Gantt, of Warfordsburg, Pa., his step-father, Robert Gantt, of Needmore, Pa.; and numerous aunts; uncles; and cousins.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Opal Davis; and paternal grandmother, Fanny Jane Skidmore.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 30, 2017, from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, Md., followed by a Memorial Service, to honor his life, at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Nancy Green.
