Paul Schriever

Paul W. Schriever, age 78, of Warfordsburg, died on Friday, March 13, 2015, at his home.

Born February 21, 1937, in Buck Valley, Pa., he was the son of the late Ellis and Mary Barnhart Schriever, and the widower of Elizabeth A. Casper Schriever, who died in 2003.

He was formerly employed with T.H. Compton as a truck driver, and with Fischer’s Garage as a mechanic.

He was a member of Amaranth Church of the Brethren; and a member of the Masonic Lodge 524, in Everett, Pa.

He is survived by one son, Kenneth P. Schriever and wife, Sharon, of Warfordsburg; one daughter Debra Schriever, of Bedford, Pa.; two brothers; one sister; two grandchildren, Joshua Schriever and wife, Brittney, and Bradley Schriever, all of Warfordsburg; one great-granddaughter; and one great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by one brother.

A service and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
