Michael Lee Spinoe, age 71, of Warfordsburg, died on Saturday, March 7, 2015, at his home.

Born November 19, 1943, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Pearl Brubaker Spinoe Russakoff, of Warfordsburg, and the late Michael M. Spinoe.

He had been employed with Fairchild Industries, in Hagerstown, Md., and was formerly a grocery manager for Save-a-Lot Grocery store, in Hancock, Md.

He had been a Cub Scout and Boy Scout Master with Pack 45, in Needmore, Pa.

He had been a member of the Lions Club in Warfordsburg, and was a member of the Ham Radio Club, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Patricia M. DiMisa Spinoe, whom he married November 3, 1962, in Bladensburg, Md.; one daughter, Karrie Coble and husband, Scott, of Needmore, Pa.; two sons, Michael L. Spinoe, Jr., of Frederick, Md., and Steven M. Spinoe and wife, Laura, of Mercersburg, Pa.; six grandchildren, Scott Coble, Jr. and wife, Robyn, Kelly Smith and husband, Travis, Michael Coble and wife, McKayla, Ian Spinoe, Jack Spinoe and Cora Rose Spinoe; and great-grandchildren, Tyler Coble, Evan Coble, Ayden Coble, Leon Estrada Smith, Kaelynn Estrada Smith, and Storm Smith.

A service will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, Md. Rev. Paul Martin will officiate. Burial will follow in the Black Oak Cemetery, near Hancock.

The family will receive friends, at the Funeral Home, Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.
