Melvin W. Hurline, age 79, of Warfordsburg, died Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at his home.
Born June 6, 1933, in Baldwin, Md., he was the son of the late Walter and Bertha Landenklos Hurline.
He was a self-employed dairy farmer, and a member of the Dairy Farmers of America.
He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, in Hancock, Md.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia S. Sagers Hurline, whom he married June 27, 1973, in Baldwin, Md.; one son, Howard Hurline, of Warfordsburg; one sister, Doris Ludwig; and one brother, Albert Hurline, both of Baldwin, Md.
A graveside service will be held, at the convenience of the family, at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, in Hancock. Rev. Kenneth Stotlemyer will officiate.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name can be made to Christian Aid Ministries, P.O. Box 360, Berlin, Oh. 44610-0360.
