Maude Bahrenburg

Maude Frances Bahrenburg, age 94, of Warfordsburg, died on Sunday, October 20, 2013, at her home.

Born January 22, 1919, in Manhattan, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Florence Penfold Waldman, and the widow of Richard Bahrenburg, who died November, 1982.

She was retired from the Huntington Hospital, in Long Island, N.Y., as an admissions clerk.

She was a member of the Buck Valley Christian Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Janese Bahrenburg, of Warfordsburg; four sons, Bradley Bahrenburg, and Richard Bahrenburg, both of Long Island, N.Y., Russell Bahrenburg, and Frederick Bahrenburg, both of Boca Raton, Fl.; and twelve grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Clinton Bahrenburg; and one brother, Frederick Waldman.

A service will be held on Sunday, October 27, at 2:00 p.m., at the Buck Valley Christian Church, 2281 Harmonia Road, Warfordsburg, Pa. Rev. Scott Gibbs will officiate. Burial will be in the Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Church, on Sunday from 1 to 2 p.m.
