Lori Ann Cross

Lori Ann Cross, 59, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, in Needmore, PA.

Born Saturday, March 18, 1967, in Chambersburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Vada Carbaugh.

Lori attended Boonsboro and Hancock Schools. She worked as a caregiver for Community Resources for Independence - CRI, McConnellsburg, PA. She also worked as a cook for many years at Weaver’s and Park-N-Dine Restaurants in Hancock, MD.

She enjoyed tending to her gardens, cooking, crocheting, and camping. Most of all, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Lori survived by her loving husband of twenty-one years, Robert L. Cross, of Needmore, PA; five children, Darlene Gladhill, Robert Gladhill, Dustin Cross, Brooke Glessner, and Dylan Cross; one brother, Daniel Carbaugh of Chambersburg, PA; two sisters, Barbara Fiddler of Winchester, VA and Patricia Snow of Hagerstown, MD; mother-in-law, Shirley Cross of Hancock, MD; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, from 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. followed by a celebration of life service at 7:00p.m., at Grove-Rogowski Funeral Home, 141 West Main St, Hancock, MD. Pastor Jeff Hawbaker will officiate.
