Lisa Fiorita

Lisa Marie Fiorita, 58, passed away with her son by her side, Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Hagerstown Healthcare Center, following a brief battle with brain cancer.

Born September 14, 1963, in Berkeley Springs, WV., she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Franklin “Pete” Fiorita and Mary Jane (Munson) Fiorita.

Lisa graduated from Hancock Senior High School in 1981 and attended Hagerstown Business College in Hagerstown, MD.

She was a member of Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church of Hancock, MD.

Lisa enjoyed watching classic television series and movies.

She was formerly employed at U.S. Department of Energy.

Lisa is survived by her son, Earl Lynn “Lynnie” Fleegle Jr. and her sister, Karen Lee Fiorita, both of Hagerstown, MD, as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 5, 2022, from 5:00-8:00 pm at Grove Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, MD.

Funeral services will be held at Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church, 14253 Exline Road, Hancock, MD., on Friday, May 6, 2022, at 11:00 am. Pastor Ron Martin-Minnich will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to services. Burial will follow in the adjoining church cemetery.
