Leotta Virginia (Robey) Exline, age 92, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., and formerly of Hancock, Md., died on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at the War Memorial Hospital, in Berkeley Springs.
Born September 9, 1924, in Hancock, she was the daughter of the late Harry, Sr. and Pearl (Wheeler) Robey, and the widow of John M. Exline.
She was a member of the Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church, near Hancock.
She is survived by three daughters, Kay Chisolm, of Sterling, Va., Barbara Pfeffer and Naomi Willingham, both of Berkeley Springs; five sons, Charles Exline and James Exline, both of Warfordsburg, Pa., Gerald L. Exline, of Big Cove Tannery, Pa., John Mark Exline, of Mercersburg, Pa., and Hayes W. Exline, of Williamsport, Md.; seventeen grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Carol Faith; four sisters, Leah Murphy, Iva McMullen, Catherine Murray, and Hazel Montgomery; and one brother, Harry Roby, Jr.
The family will receive friends at the Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church, 14253 Exline Road, Hancock, on Wednesday June 14, 2017, from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will then be held there at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Philip Unger officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Cemetery.
