Joseph Breakall

Joseph Reynolds Breakall (Pete), Warfordsburg, PA, passed away, Friday, February 10, 2023, at his home in Warfordsburg.

Born July 23, 1941, he was the son of the late Joseph Lloyd Breakall and Mable Ruth Breakall.

In his earlier years, Joseph worked for Powlen Equipment Company in Hagerstown, MD., Clugston’s Equipment in Needmore, PA., and The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation until his retirement.

He enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, butchering and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his sister, Dixie Henry, and husband Denny, of Hustontown, PA., a son, Joseph Breakall; a daughter, Lisa Chestnut, both of Warfordsburg, PA., several step-grandchildren; and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jenny Breakall, who passed in 2004.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
