James David Farr, age 72, of Little Orleans, Md., passed away at the Western Maryland Health System, in Cumberland, Md.

Born September 28, 1946, in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late James and Madelyn (Hansmon) Farr.

James will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years, Betsy (Miller) Farr; two sons, Donald Farr and his wife, Lilly, of Edgewater, Md., and David Farr and his wife,, Jessica, of Lothian, Md.; seven grandchildren, Joey, Maggie, Katelynn, Austin, Jake, Delaney, and little Bubba; and two brothers, Robert Farr, of St. Leonard, Md., and John Farr, of Columbus, Ga.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Farr; and a sister, Janice Laliberte.

There are to be no services, and burial will be at the convenience of his family.
