Herman Delay True, Jr., age 63, of Big Cove Tannery, died on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at his home.

Born November 19, 1950, in Baltimore City, Md., he was the son of the late Herman Delay True, Sr. and Charlotte A. Mulligan True.

He was a Master Electrician, retiring in 2004 as a self-employed contractor. He was part-owner of Manning Construction, in Huntingtown, Md.

He was a member of the Electrical Workers Local 26, in Washington, D.C., and the Millwright Local 1548, in Baltimore, Md.

He is survived by one son, Brandon Delay Reese, of Windsor, Pa.; three brothers, Bruce A. True, of Big Cove Tannery, Pa., Michael P. True, of Warfordsburg, Pa., and Craig C. Kesler, of New Carrollton, Md.; four nieces; and two nephews.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Beth.

Memorial services will be at the convenience of the family.

His family requests that memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
