Estalee Marion Bain, age 79, of Hagerstown, passed away at her home on Saturday, June 23, 2012.

Born November 25, 1932, in Big Cove Tannery, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Reed W. and Virginia Gordon Johnson; and the widow of Russel E. Bain, who died February 28, 1996.

She was self-employed as an In-home Health Care Provider.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #3; a member of Amvets Post #10 Ladies Auxillary; and a member of the Eastern Star Bowling League, all in Hagerstown.

She is survived by one daughter, Jane M. Barlup and husband, Richard, of Hagerstown; three grandchildren, Krista Kolich, Denise Donivan, Russel Donivan and wife, Kandi, of Hagerstown; step-grandchildren, Sherry Montgomery, of Stateline, Pa., and Jennifer Barlup, of Fort Royal, Va; great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews; two sisters, Karen Zimmerman, of Mansfield, Tx., and Phylis Pittman of Needmore, Pa.; one brother, David Johnson, of Clear Spring, Md.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Leona Divelbliss; two brothers, James Johnson and Reed W. Johnson, Jr.

A service will be held Wednesday, June 27, at 2:00 p.m., at the Grove Funeral Home, in Hancock, Md. Rev. F. Allan Weatherholt, Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in Damascus Cemetery, Big Cove Tannery, Pa.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, from 7 to 9 p.m., where a service by the Order of the Eastern Star will be held at 7:30 p.m.
