Deana Margaret Weller

On Wednesday, January 17, 2024, God called Deana Margaret (Hart) Weller, age 79, home to be with her loving husband of fifty-seven years, Floyd L. Weller.

Born Friday, October 20, 1944, in Pecktonville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Daisy (McCarty) Hart Sr.

Deana worked at Xerxes in Williamsport, MD until retirement.  She also worked for Potomac Sportswear in Martinsburg, WV.

Deana was of Methodist faith.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Keadle; and two brothers, Manford Hart and Franklin Hart Jr.

Deane is survived by one son, Matthew Weller and wife Sarah; one daughter, Renee Weller and Ed; one son-in-law, Duane Keadle; seven grandchildren, Floyd Keadle and Stephanie, Stephanie Potter and Dana, Danielle Miller and Joseph, Christian Weller, Kyra Mills, Dylan Weller, and Cayden Weller; eight great-grandchildren, Gabby, Brooklin, Cloe, Rosemary, Lil Floyd, Brayden, Kinsley, and ClaraBelle; special cousin, Carolyn Reed; and special sister-in-law, Peggy Joan Moore.

A viewing will be held Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Grove-Rogowski Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, MD 21750.  Memorial service will be held Monday, January 22, 2024, at 2:00pm at the funeral home with one-hour visitation prior to the service.  Ed Barbour will officiate.  A burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
