Beverly Lee Faith, age 80, of Hagerstown, died on Friday, January 29, 2016 at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center, in Washington, D.C.

Born September 29,1935, in Greensboro, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Ralph Burke, Sr. and Ima Burke Wisner, and the wife of Reuben E. Faith for 62 years.

She was a member of The Supreme Council of The House of Jacob, in Hagerstown.

She was a 1952 graduate of Paw Paw High School, in Paw Paw , W.Va.

She was retired from Walmart, and was formerly employed by Alice’s Country Cottage and the City Farmers Market, in Hagerstown.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Karen Prather and husband, Richard, of Hagerstown, and Diana Penrod and husband, Brett, of Mercersburg, Pa.; sisters, Marie Bohrer, of Paw Paw, W.Va., and Sylvia Wachter, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; brothers, Ralph Burke, Jr., of Omaha, Ne., and George Burke, of Summit Point, W.Va.; half-sisters, Deborah Burke Russell, of Abingdon, Md., and Virginia Burke Johnson, of BelAir, Md.; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at The Supreme Council of the House of Jacob, 5516 Berm Road, Hancock, Md., at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, February 5, 2016. The Adv. Pres. Elder Mark Faith will officiate.  Burial will follow in the adjoining Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, Md., on Thursday from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
