Alice Jane Snyder, age 62, of Needmore, Pa., died on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at her home.

Born August 4, 1951, in Chambersburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Lloyd George Hann, Sr. and Edna Mae Sowers Hann.

She was formerly employed with Berwick Industries, in Hagerstown, Md.

She is survived by her husband, David M. Snyder, whom she married in 1985, in Columbus, Oh.; one daughter, Sheila Ann DeJesus, of Germantown, Md.; one son, Danny Eugene Hull, of Hancock, Md.; one stepson, Michael Snyder, of Hagerstown, Md.; two sisters, Patricia Richards, of Needmore, and Sarah Jean Liggett, Warfordsburg, Pa.; two granddaughters, Lillian and Ava DeJesus; one nephew; and six nieces.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by one infant son, Matthew Hull; and one brother, David Leroy Hann.

A service will be held on Wednesday, April 9, at 11:00 a.m., at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, Md. The Rev. John Lewis will officiate. Burial will be in the Antioch Christian Cemetery, 7902 Timber Ridge Road, Big Cove Tannery, Pa.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
